North Tonawanda Athletic Association Refund Policy
The North Tonawanda Athletic Association (NTAA) is committed to providing a positive experience for all athletes and families. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a participant to withdraw from a program.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued if a request is made before the end of the first week of practice for the respective sports season. No refunds will be granted after this period.
Refund Amount
- The refund will cover only the registration fee paid at the time of enrollment.
- If the participant received lottery tickets as part of the registration package, a full refund will only be issued if all unsold tickets are returned. If the tickets are not returned, the cost of the tickets will be deducted from the refund amount.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a written request to the NTAA board via email, [email protected], or in person before the end of the first week of practice. The request should include:
- Athlete’s name
- Sport and season
- Reason for withdrawal
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.
